Why Chowara?
Chowara Beach is a quaint and picturesque stretch near Kovalam, known for its vibrant fishing activities. The secluded sandy shoreline extends from Kovalam to Poovar, offering visitors the serene beauty of the coast and the traditional charm of local fishermen’s villages. Adimalathura Beach, located along the Chowara coastline, is 1 of the few beaches in Kerala that has remained untouched by sea erosion. A vacation here, centred around a yoga retreat or Ayurveda wellness experience, allows guests to immerse themselves in the lush tranquillity and natural serenity of the surroundings.

Our Chowara Beach retreat offers 34 rooms across 2 categories — 27 Superior Rooms and 7 Cottages. Although the rooms do not offer a beach view, each spans approximately 250 sq. ft. and is equipped with air-conditioning, television, telephone, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, tea and coffee maker, hairdryer, and bath accessories.
