Ayurveda Experience

Upon arrival and after check-in, you will be scheduled for your first consultation with the doctor. The session typically begins with a brief introduction to the fundamentals of Ayurveda, followed by questions about your health, preferences, and lifestyle. A pulse diagnosis will also be conducted to determine your Prakruthi (constitution) and Vikruthi (imbalance). Based on this assessment, the doctor will design a personalised treatment plan, prescribe any necessary medications, and provide dietary guidance to follow during your stay. Depending on your treatment chart, your first therapy may begin either on the same day or the following day.

Yoga

Yoga, as propounded by Patanjali, is the ancient Indian discipline in which one’s own consciousness (jivatma) reunites with universal consciousness (paramatma). The practice of Yoga harmonises the mind and body, eliciting a relaxation response that helps relieve physical and mental stress while achieving balance and equilibrium of the body, mind, and soul.

Food

Based on the assessment of your Dooshya Prakruthi (disease tendencies) and Dosha Prakruthi (body constitution), the consulting doctor will prescribe a tailored, fully vegetarian diet. Guests are advised to follow the meal schedule as instructed. The types of food served are specifically designed according to the dosha combinations: Vata-Pitta, Pitta-Kapha, and Kapha-Pitta.
